Use of this site and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trade marks and all other intellectual property relating to the products and any other items on this site.

You are permitted to use the items on social media ONLY if each item is prominently credited to ANNA BATTLE, and/or www.shinyhappyart.com in which event the reproduction needs to be of the same quality as that which appears on this website and in no way altered.

PRICING
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax. Shiny Happy Art reserves the right to change prices at any time.

RETURNS
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping costs and non refunded payment service fees.* You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 21 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact.

* Credit card and PayPal transaction fees are usually fully refunded.

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS
Items purchased with discount codes can be returned for credit note only, and are not eligible for a refund except in the event the item is faulty. Only one discount code can be used at the checkout of your order. Shiny Happy Art reserves the right to exclude items and/or remove products from promotional discounts.
